Current Open Positions

CNC Operator

CNC Machinist/ Machine Operator :

Operate CNC Machines as well as perform other duties that help keep production progression seamless. Reports to the CNC Foreman. Works with the pipe handlers and yard support to ensure productivity is kept up. Works in coordination with the General Machine department to meet scheduling demands.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate CNC Machines.
Make minor adjustments as needed per the CNC Machine program.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Perform daily maintenance.
Performs other duties as necessary or as requested by the CNC Foreman

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Training– High School Diploma or GED.
Technical Requirements– Ability to learn job-related material, primarily through oral instruction and observation in an on-the job training setting. Basic math and computer skills.
Experience– Preferred 5 years’ minimum experience, working in a manufacturing business, using production machinery, knowledge of basic machine maintenance and operation required.

Pre-Hire Screening:

Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Background Check
Must pass fit for duty physical
Professional References (3 minimum)

Material Handler

The Material Handler is responsible for the preparation and finishing of casing and tubing products according to instructions and process specifications.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Move and process casing and tubing in preparation.
Inspect and wash casing and tubing.
Perform and document process inspections using a wide variety of inspection equipment.
Clean slotted casing, tubing and threaded products per requirements and customer specifications.
Communicates with all supervisors regarding material movement and scheduling.
Understands and follows all HSSE and Quality guidelines and procedures of the company.
Demonstrates team player effort toward continual improvement of efficiency.
Takes direction well and has a positive attitude.
Performs other duties as necessary and as requested by Supervisor and/or other Department Managers.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve safety operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Performs other duties as necessary and as requested by the Foreman.

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Training-
High school degree or general education degree (GED) is required.
Preferred 1-2 years manufacturing shop experience.

Job Requirements
Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to identify, understand and solve complex problems.
Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with people.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety around heavy equipment and machinery strongly preferred.
Demonstrate high capacity for accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects on a daily-basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to speak, write and read English.
Able to work independently or as part of a team on a broad variety of projects.
Willingness to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines.
Attendance and punctuality extremely important.

Quality Specialist

Responsible for ensuring Quality Management System processes and procedures comply with company quality assurance program, that manufactured products meet the requirements of company quality standards and customer specifications and expectations are met. Troubleshoot and aid in training of employees on quality system procedures, finish process procedures and licensor requirements.
